treated wood base, with 2x6 lumber drilled for 1/2" steel bars,
braced for stability. Capacity @ 5" spacing for 126 boxes
BQ/3150 lineal ft., NQ/2520 ft., & HQ/1680 ft.)

Warehouse Stacking Units:
The core rack is comprised of 2x6 lumber, 3/8" plywood,
and 1/2" steel bars with a built in stability system developed
by RML. Capacity @ 3.5" spacing for 108 boxes (BQ/2700
lineal ft., NQ/2160, and 5" for HQ/1680 ft.)

***This rack can be stacked 2 high to maximize warehouse
space and continuous in length maximizing floor area in the
warehouse!

***This design allows you to consider the concept of facing
two double-stacked systems and placing a truss roof overhead
to create a "Rack Shack" allowing an enclosed and expandable
building to be created!
